Swallows Creek

Swallows Creek is a multi-building commercial and industrial development in San Juan Capistrano, CA, comprising modern warehouse, office, and support facilities designed to accommodate flexible industrial and business operations.

Mammoth Electric’s scope included complete electrical construction for Buildings 1, 2, and 3, including main electrical service infrastructure, switchboards, transformers, panelboards, power distribution systems, interior and exterior LED lighting systems, lighting control systems, Title-24 compliant controls, occupancy and daylight harvesting sensors, branch circuitry, receptacles, dedicated equipment power, rooftop mechanical equipment connections, and emergency and egress lighting systems.

The project also included underground electrical utilities, site lighting, site photometric coordination, EV charger infrastructure and stub-ups for future expansion, fire pump electrical systems, electrical rooms, grounding and bonding systems, parking lot lighting, canopy lighting, and coordination of office, warehouse, and common area electrical systems throughout the development.
