Scope of work included underground and site electrical infrastructure, utility coordination with Southern California Edison, main service equipment, switchgear, transformers, distribution panels, tenant electrical systems, warehouse and office lighting, lighting controls, emergency lighting, site and parking lot lighting, HVAC and RTU power, mechanical controls power, dock equipment power, warehouse equipment infrastructure, access control systems, site communications pathways, grounding, testing, startup, and commissioning support.

The project delivered a fully operational industrial warehouse and office facility designed to support modern distribution and logistics operations.
