Lido House

Lido House is a four-story, 130-room luxury boutique hotel located in Newport Beach, California, designed to reflect the coastal character and nautical heritage of the Newport Peninsula. Inspired by the surrounding Lido Village community, the hotel blends upscale hospitality with architecture and interior spaces that capture the lifestyle, history, and culture of the area.

Scope of work included complete electrical construction for guest rooms, luxury suites, custom tri-level cottages, restaurant and bar spaces, rooftop dining and lounge areas, spa and fitness amenities, meeting and event spaces, site and landscape lighting, parking areas, kitchen and laundry equipment power, elevator systems, HVAC equipment connections, emergency and egress lighting, lighting controls, and underground electrical distribution throughout the property.

The project also included decorative and architectural lighting installations designed to complement the hotel’s high-end coastal hospitality environment.
