Dual Brand Hotel
The project consisted of complete electrical construction for a new full-service hotel development, including guest accommodations, lobby and reception areas, amenity spaces, parking facilities, and back-of-house operations.
Scope of work included electrical service infrastructure, switchboards, transformers, distribution equipment, guest room electrical systems, decorative and architectural lighting, corridor and common area lighting, site and parking lot lighting, HVAC equipment power, elevator power, kitchen and laundry equipment connections, emergency power systems, and energy-efficient lighting controls throughout the property. The project also included underground electrical distribution, utility coordination, rooftop equipment power, and installation of reliable electrical infrastructure supporting daily hotel operations across guest, staff, and public spaces.
